- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together ½ cup Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon honey, and 1 minced garlic clove until smooth.
- Thinly slice 1 cup of cucumber and 1 cup of radish and arrange them in a mixing bowl.
- Add the sliced cucumber and radish to the bowl containing the creamy dressing. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill and gently toss the salad.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, give the salad a final light toss to redistribute the dressing. Serve chilled.
