Preparation
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together ½ cup Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon honey, and 1 minced garlic clove until smooth.
  2. Thinly slice 1 cup of cucumber and 1 cup of radish and arrange them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the sliced cucumber and radish to the bowl containing the creamy dressing. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill and gently toss the salad.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, give the salad a final light toss to redistribute the dressing. Serve chilled.
