Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf form and place it on a sheet pan or in a lined loaf pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and hot sauce to create the glaze.
  5. Spread half of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes.
  7. During the last 15 minutes of baking, brush the remaining glaze over the meatloaf.
  8. Once baked, remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
