- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, salt, black pepper, and garlic. Mix thoroughly.
- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf form and place it on a sheet pan or in a lined loaf pan.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and hot sauce to create the glaze.
- Spread half of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes.
