- In a large saucepan, pour in 4 cups of chicken broth and place it over medium heat. Allow the broth to warm up until it starts to bubble gently, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the broth is simmering, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Stir well and let them meld into the broth for 1-2 minutes.
- Carefully stir in 1 cup of shredded cooked chicken into the simmering broth. Let it cook for another 3-5 minutes until heated through.
- Prepare the instant ramen noodles according to package instructions (about 3-4 minutes). Discard the seasoning packet and set noodles aside.
- Add the cooked noodles into the broth along with 1 cup of fresh vegetables. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until vegetables soften.
- Allow the Chicken Ramen to heat through for another minute. Ladle into bowls.
