- In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, and garlic powder. Stir until blended.
- Add shrimp to the marinade and coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for no more than 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
- Add marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Add pineapple chunks to the skillet and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh herbs or lime wedges.
