- In a large mixing bowl, combine vegetable oil and eggs. Whisk until fully blended and smooth.
- Gradually add strawberry cake mix and all-purpose flour. Fold into the wet mixture until incorporated.
- Pour in milk and gently stir until the dough comes together.
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop out individual balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each ball.
- Roll each cookie ball in granulated sugar until fully coated.
- Cover the cookie sheet with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190ºC) and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- Bake the cookies for 8–10 minutes until edges are golden and centers look slightly puffed.
- Remove the cookies and immediately press a Hershey Kiss into the center of each warm cookie.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
