Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Pour in milk and gently stir until the dough comes together.
  4. Using a cookie scoop, scoop out individual balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each ball.
  5. Roll each cookie ball in granulated sugar until fully coated.
  6. Cover the cookie sheet with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour.
