Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and Sriracha.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over, ensuring it is fully coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for deeper flavor.
  4. Remove the pork from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  5. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated pork tenderloin for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Carefully pour the reserved marinade over the pork in the skillet and transfer the skillet into the preheated oven. Roast for 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Baste the pork with the marinade halfway through the cooking time.
  8. Once cooked, remove the skillet from the oven and let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Slice the rested pork tenderloin into medallions and arrange on a platter, garnishing with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
