  • 10 ounces mini marshmallows Key for sticky texture.
  • ¼ cup butter Prevents marshmallows from sticking.

  • 1 bag Wilton bright white candy melts For ghostly appearance.
For the Fun Touch
  • candy eyeballs Use as needed for decoration.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pop enough popcorn to fill about 16 cups and remove unpopped kernels.
  2. Melt mini marshmallows and butter in a large pot over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Pour melted marshmallow mixture over popped popcorn and mix to coat evenly.
  4. Shape the popcorn mixture into balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Let the popcorn balls cool for 30 minutes to 1 hour at room temperature.
  6. Melt the candy melts according to package instructions until smooth.
  7. Dip the top of each popcorn ball into the melted candy coating and place back on the baking sheet.
  8. Before the coating sets, add candy eyeballs to each dipped popcorn ball.
  9. Allow the candy coating to set completely at room temperature for 15-30 minutes.
