- Pop enough popcorn to fill about 16 cups and remove unpopped kernels.
- Melt mini marshmallows and butter in a large pot over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until smooth.
- Pour melted marshmallow mixture over popped popcorn and mix to coat evenly.
- Shape the popcorn mixture into balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Let the popcorn balls cool for 30 minutes to 1 hour at room temperature.
- Melt the candy melts according to package instructions until smooth.
- Dip the top of each popcorn ball into the melted candy coating and place back on the baking sheet.
- Before the coating sets, add candy eyeballs to each dipped popcorn ball.
- Allow the candy coating to set completely at room temperature for 15-30 minutes.
