  • cup powdered icing sugar Dust this on your surface to prevent sticking while rolling out fondant.
  • 1 tube white writing icing Use this for adding delightful details to your fruity friends.
  • 12 pieces candy eyes These will give your monsters their charmingly creepy look!

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Carefully cut the tops off each strawberry to create a stable base.
  2. Place white fondant in a bowl, add black food coloring gel, and knead until color is even.
  3. Dust your work surface with powdered icing sugar and roll out white and black fondant until ¼ inch thick.
  4. Cut out small oval shapes from the black fondant for monster features.
  5. Cut out small triangles from white fondant for teeth.
  6. Glue the white triangles onto the black ovals with water, then attach them to the strawberries using writing icing.
  7. Squeeze writing icing onto the back of candy eyes and place them on top of the monster mouths.
