- Carefully cut the tops off each strawberry to create a stable base.
- Place white fondant in a bowl, add black food coloring gel, and knead until color is even.
- Dust your work surface with powdered icing sugar and roll out white and black fondant until ¼ inch thick.
- Cut out small oval shapes from the black fondant for monster features.
- Cut out small triangles from white fondant for teeth.
- Glue the white triangles onto the black ovals with water, then attach them to the strawberries using writing icing.
- Squeeze writing icing onto the back of candy eyes and place them on top of the monster mouths.
