Step-by-Step Instructions for Ghostly Lasagna
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and gather your ingredients.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and lay them flat on a kitchen towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese with chopped spinach, salt, and pepper to taste until smooth.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer the lasagna: noodles, ricotta-spinach mixture, shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and marinara sauce. Repeat until ingredients are used up, ending with marinara and mozzarella on top.
  6. Cut mozzarella into ghost shapes and decorate the top of the lasagna with olive slices as 'eyes'.
