- Prepare the cookie base using brown butter and pumpkin puree according to your original recipe. Scoop onto a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
- While cookies cool, melt white chocolate and black candy melts in separate microwave-safe bowls, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pipe ghost shapes on cooled cookies using melted white chocolate and add dots for eyes and mouths with black candy melts.
- Allow chocolate decoration to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate briefly to set.
