  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Decoration
  • 1 cup White chocolate For ghost figure
  • 0.5 cup Black candy melts For eyes and mouths

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the cookie base using brown butter and pumpkin puree according to your original recipe. Scoop onto a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
  2. While cookies cool, melt white chocolate and black candy melts in separate microwave-safe bowls, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pipe ghost shapes on cooled cookies using melted white chocolate and add dots for eyes and mouths with black candy melts.
  4. Allow chocolate decoration to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate briefly to set.
