- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Place the wheel of brie on the lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until melted.
- Combine 3 tablespoons of red pepper jam with 2-3 tablespoons of hot water for your 'blood' mixture.
- Fill a syringe with the red pepper jam 'blood' mixture for drizzling.
- Transfer the baked brie to a serving dish and drizzle the 'blood' jam over it.
- Sprinkle with flaky salt if desired.
