Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you and scoop about 2 tablespoons of filling into the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly, sealing the top edge with water.
- Wrap a strip of bacon around each egg roll, securing the ends underneath to keep the filling contained.
- Brush each bacon-wrapped egg roll with vegetable oil and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
