- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and have a 9x13 inch baking dish ready.
- In a large skillet, cook 1 pound of ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart until fully browned for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

- Stir in 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup of sour cream, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, ½ cup of beef broth, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Mix for 2-3 minutes until creamy.
- Fold in 8 oz of wide egg noodles into the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix gently for another minute.
- Pour the beef noodle mixture into your prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly around the edges and the cheese on top is melted and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.

Notes
For best results, choose lean ground beef and cook the egg noodles just to al dente. Variations with different cheeses can enhance flavor.
