Cooking Steps
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced smoked sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Sauté the sliced onion in the same skillet for about 2 minutes until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Incorporate sliced cabbage and red bell pepper, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Combine the cooked sausage with the sautéed vegetables, stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper, stir well and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, serve hot.
