  • 16 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Sugar Consider using a sugar substitute if needed
  • 2 large Eggs Bring richness
  • 2 tablespoon Flour Aids in thickening

  • 4 drops Green food coloring Adjust based on desired intensity
For the Crust
  • 20 cookies OREO cookies Crushed
  • ½ cup Butter Melted
For the Decorations
  • 1 pack Edible eyes For decoration
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips Melted for drizzling
  • ¼ cup Chocolate sprinkles For decoration
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips For 'neck bolts'

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter with crushed OREO cookies. Form into 1-inch balls and press firmly in mini cheesecake pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Mix for about 2–3 minutes.
  4. Gradually add flour and green food coloring, mixing until incorporated.
  5. Pour green cheesecake filling over the crust in the pan. Bake for about 15 minutes, until edges are set but center is jiggly.
  6. Cool in the pan for about 15 minutes, then transfer to the refrigerator to cool completely for at least 1 hour.
  7. Dip cooled cheesecakes in melted chocolate and then in chocolate sprinkles for decoration.
  8. Drizzle melted chocolate to create features on each cheesecake. Attach edible eyes and chocolate chips as decorations.
