- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, softened cream cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
- Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Lay out the triangles in a circular pattern on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spoon a generous dollop of the filling onto the wide part of each crescent triangle, distributing evenly.
