  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1 each egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, softened cream cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Lay out the triangles in a circular pattern on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spoon a generous dollop of the filling onto the wide part of each crescent triangle, distributing evenly.
  5. Fold the points of the crescent triangles over the filling, tucking them underneath to encase the mixture.
  6. Using a pastry brush, apply the beaten egg over the top of the crescent ring.
  7. Place the assembled crescent ring in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and cool for a few minutes before garnishing with freshly chopped parsley.
