Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Form into 12 equal-sized meatballs.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook meatballs for 8-10 minutes until browned.
  3. Cut slider rolls in half and place bottom halves in a greased baking dish. Spoon marinara sauce over the rolls.
  4. Place cooked meatballs on top of the marinara sauce layer and pour additional marinara sauce over the meatballs.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the meatballs.
  6. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese and brush over the sliders.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is golden.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
  9. Serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.
