- In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Form into 12 equal-sized meatballs.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook meatballs for 8-10 minutes until browned.
- Cut slider rolls in half and place bottom halves in a greased baking dish. Spoon marinara sauce over the rolls.
- Place cooked meatballs on top of the marinara sauce layer and pour additional marinara sauce over the meatballs.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the meatballs.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese and brush over the sliders.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
- Serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.
