Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add beef sirloin cubes, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until nicely browned on all sides.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
  4. Toss in diced carrots and frozen peas, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in day-old cooked rice, break up clumps and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour in soy sauce, stir gently and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Check for seasoning and adjust if needed, then serve hot.
