Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, drizzle in olive oil, add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, oregano, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add sautéed onion and garlic, mixing gently until just combined.
- Shape the turkey mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared loaf pan or onto the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Spread this glaze over the top of the shaped meatloaf.
- Bake the meatloaf for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Once baked, let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes to redistribute juices before slicing and serving.

Notes
Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender, and ensure ground turkey isn’t too lean for juiciness. Experiment with herbs for personalized flavors.
