  • 3 stalks Fresh lemongrass finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated

  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the finely chopped lemongrass, soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir well to mix all the ingredients, creating a fragrant marinade that coats the chicken beautifully. Let the mixture sit for a minute.
  2. Place the chicken thighs into the bowl with the marinade, making sure they are thoroughly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
  3. While the chicken marinates, prepare your grill by preheating it to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  4. Once the grill reaches the desired temperature, place the marinated chicken thighs on the grates. Grill each side for approximately 6-7 minutes, flipping only once, until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. After grilling, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest on a cutting board for about 5 minutes.
