Preparation Steps

  4. Thread the marinated beef pieces onto soaked skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill, cooking for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until nicely charred.
  6. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
