- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 oz of Philadelphia Chive Whipped Cream Cheese and 10.5 oz of condensed cream of chicken soup, and mix until smooth.
- Fold in 3 cups of cooked, shredded chicken, 8.75 oz of drained canned corn, and ¾ cup of chopped green onions along with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and transfer the mixture into it, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle 3 cups of crumbled Doritos on top, pressing them down gently.
- Top with 1 cup of shredded Mexican cheese blend and ¼ cup of chopped green onions.
- Bake for 17-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
