Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by pressing the false to eliminate excess moisture, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the all-purpose flour with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. In a separate bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them lightly. Prepare breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. Coat each piece of false in the seasoned flour, then dip in egg wash, followed by breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry the breaded false pieces in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. While frying, combine chopped parsley, basil, and lemon juice for herb infusion.
  8. Once fried, arrange the pieces on a plate and drizzle with the zesty herb infusion.
