Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and stir frequently for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.
  4. Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, sliced carrots, and bean sprouts. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth until smooth.
  6. Pour the sauce over the stir-fry, stirring well to coat everything. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
