For the Dough
  • 1 package Refrigerated pizza dough
For the Filling
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Sliced pepperoni
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
For the Finish
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce for dipping

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the can of refrigerated pizza dough and unroll it onto a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into approximately 2-inch squares.
  4. Lightly dust flour on your work surface.
  5. Place a heaping tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough square.
  6. Add a slice or two of pepperoni on top of the mozzarella.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and oregano over the filling.
  8. Fold in the corners of each dough square to seal the filling inside.
  9. Roll each dough ball between your hands to shape it.
  10. Arrange the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  11. Brush the tops of the bombs with olive oil.
  12. Bake for about 12-15 minutes.
  13. Prepare marinara sauce in a small bowl for dipping.
  14. Let the pizza bombs cool slightly before serving.
