  • 250 g ricotta cheese opt for creamy ricotta
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg
Cannelloni
  • 400 g cannelloni tubes make sure they’re dry
  • 100 g grated Parmesan cheese save some for topping
Sauce
  • 300 ml tomato sauce select quality sauce

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Cook the ground meat in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, about 8-10 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.
