  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). season the chicken with salt and pepper.

  3. Reduce heat and add butter and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in apple cider and chicken broth, scrape up brown bits and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in Dijon mustard, thyme, and cinnamon, simmer for another minute.
  6. Add sweet potatoes and apple slices, stirring to coat.
