Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and medium bowl for the marinade.
  2. In the medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk until well-blended.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin into a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. After marinating, let the pork sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  5. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork on each side for about 3-4 minutes until golden-brown.
  6. Pour the reserved marinade over the pork in the skillet, ensuring it is covered.
  7. Transfer the skillet to your preheated oven. Roast the pork for 15-20 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Baste halfway through cooking.
  8. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
