Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing for about 5 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef, breaking it into smaller pieces as it cooks for 7-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in the ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper, mixing for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, stirring well for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Add the hot honey, mixing well, and cook for about 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  7. Reduce the heat to low and let the beef simmer for another 5 minutes.
  8. Place cooked rice at the bottom of a serving bowl.
  9. Spoon the hot honey ground beef mixture over the rice, then add halved cherry tomatoes and sliced avocado.
  10. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
