  • 2 cups Cabbage chopped, green or Napa
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced, Shiitake or button
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped
For the Noodles

For the Sauce
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil touch

Equipment

Method

Instructions
  1. Begin by thinly slicing your pork and marinating it in a mixture of soy sauce and sesame oil for about 10–15 minutes.
  2. Cook your thick, chewy noodles according to the package instructions, typically around 5–7 minutes in boiling water. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil. Once hot, add the marinated pork and stir-fry for about 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Add chopped cabbage, sliced mushrooms, and green onions to the pan. Stir-fry for another 3–4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  5. Introduce prepared thick noodles to the skillet, drizzle in the umami-rich sauce, and toss everything together over medium heat for about 2–3 minutes.
  6. Continue to stir-fry the noodles with the other ingredients for another couple of minutes until everything is heated through and flavors meld.
