  • ½ tablespoon lime juice adds freshness
  • 3 tablespoons fajita seasoning essential for flavor
For the Skewers
  • 200 g top sirloin steak tender and perfect for grilling
  • 1 each colorful bell peppers mix of red, yellow, and green
  • 1 each onion sweet variety works well

Equipment

  • grill
  • Skewers
  • Measuring cup
  • Whisk

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small measuring cup, whisk together ¼ cup of olive oil, ½ tablespoon of lime juice, and 3 tablespoons of fajita seasoning until well combined. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place your 200g of top sirloin steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Cover and let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C). Allow it to heat for about 10 minutes.
  4. Cut the marinated steak into 1-inch cubes. Chop the colorful bell peppers and onions into similar-sized pieces.
  5. Thread the marinated steak, bell peppers, and onions onto the skewers, packing them closely but not overcrowding.
  6. Place the kabobs on the preheated grill and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning every few minutes.
  7. Carefully remove the kabobs from the grill and serve immediately, either on their own or with warm tortilla shells.
