- In a small measuring cup, whisk together ¼ cup of olive oil, ½ tablespoon of lime juice, and 3 tablespoons of fajita seasoning until well combined. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- Place your 200g of top sirloin steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Cover and let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C). Allow it to heat for about 10 minutes.
- Cut the marinated steak into 1-inch cubes. Chop the colorful bell peppers and onions into similar-sized pieces.
- Thread the marinated steak, bell peppers, and onions onto the skewers, packing them closely but not overcrowding.
- Place the kabobs on the preheated grill and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning every few minutes.
- Carefully remove the kabobs from the grill and serve immediately, either on their own or with warm tortilla shells.
