For the Salad
  • 6 cups Mixed salad greens washed and dried

Method
 

Marinating and Cooking
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients and coat the steak. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the dressing and let it meld while the steak marinates.
  3. Wash and prep the salad ingredients: greens, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, avocado, cheese, radishes, herbs.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat around 450-500°F (230-260°C).
  5. Grill the steak for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare; check with a thermometer.
  6. Let the steak rest for 8-10 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
Assembling the Salad
  1. In a large bowl, mix the salad greens, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and optional radishes.
  2. Drizzle half the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
  3. Layer sliced steak, avocado, cheese, and herbs on top. Drizzle remaining dressing and optional add-ons.
  4. Serve immediately with bread.
