Ingredients
  

For the Meatballs
  • 1 lb Ground turkey a lean protein
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg acts as a binder
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • ¼ cup Chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for drizzling
For the Tzatziki
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt creamy and thick
  • ½ cup Grated cucumber squeezed to remove moisture
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a plate.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the meatballs on it.
  5. Drizzle meatballs with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
  8. Chill the tzatziki sauce for at least 15 minutes.
  9. Serve the meatballs warm with the tzatziki sauce.
