- In a medium-sized bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well blended.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade, coating each piece evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.

- After marinating, thread the shrimp onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
