Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets, slice the mushrooms, and mince the garlic. This prep will take about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the hot oil for about 30 seconds until fragrant and golden.
  4. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for approximately 3-4 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.
  5. Add sliced mushrooms and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until softened.
  6. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well and allow to cook for about 1 minute.
  7. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, stir continuously for another 2 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired, and serve hot.
