  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or choice
For the Sandwich
  • 4 pieces sandwich rolls or hoagie buns your choice of bread

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the chicken if not pre-cooked, boil, grill or roast at 375°F for about 20 minutes, then chop.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped chicken with crumbled bacon and ranch dressing, mix well.
  3. Add optional ingredients like avocado or pickles if desired, and mix again.
  4. Toast the buns under a broiler for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Assemble by laying the chicken and bacon mixture on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
  6. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  7. Place the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
