- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes until hot. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Season the sirloin steak pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sear in the skillet for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Drizzle in the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and add the halved cherry tomatoes. Sauté for about 2 minutes.
- Stir in the baby spinach and cook for another 1-2 minutes until wilted.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to the package instructions for 3-5 minutes.
- Return the seared steak to the skillet and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Taste and adjust seasonings with salt or pepper if needed.
