Method
 

Chicken Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken thighs, cooking about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside to keep warm.
Gravy Preparation
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
