- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Sauté fully cooked breakfast sausage links for about 5–7 minutes until browned and heated through.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until frothy. Pour into skillet and cook for 3–5 minutes until just set.
- Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a portion of cooked sausage and scrambled eggs onto the wider end of each triangle. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Roll each triangle up towards the point, pinching edges to seal.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange roll-ups on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving warm.
