For the Filling
  • 8 links Breakfast sausage links fully cooked
  • 6 large Eggs
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
For Assembly
  • 2 tablespoons Butter for skillet
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese or your favorite cheese
  • 1 tube Refrigerated crescent roll dough

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Sauté fully cooked breakfast sausage links for about 5–7 minutes until browned and heated through.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until frothy. Pour into skillet and cook for 3–5 minutes until just set.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a portion of cooked sausage and scrambled eggs onto the wider end of each triangle. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Roll each triangle up towards the point, pinching edges to seal.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange roll-ups on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving warm.
