- In a blender, pour 1 cup of dairy-free milk, then add 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of protein powder, 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract. If you're adding oats for extra fiber, toss them in as well.
- Secure the lid firmly on the blender and blend on high for about 30–45 seconds until smooth, with no chunks remaining.
- Taste your smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter, consider adding a touch of your sweetener of choice and blend again for about 10 seconds.
- Gently pour the smoothie into a tall glass and serve immediately for the best taste.
