Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard for tang

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the bacon until crispy in a skillet or oven.
  2. Scoop 1 cup of cottage cheese into a bowl.
  3. Layer diced tomatoes on top of cottage cheese.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the tomatoes.
  5. Add shredded romaine lettuce on top.
  6. Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard with seasonings in a bowl.
  7. Drizzle sauce over or serve on the side.
  8. Garnish with chopped chives or parsley.
