  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups rice cereal
For the Decorations
  • 1 cup chocolate chips melted
  • 1 cup red candy coating or M&Ms for Rudolph's nose
  • 24 pieces pretzel twists for antlers

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over low heat. Stir in 4 cups of mini marshmallows until smooth, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and fold in 6 cups of rice cereal.
  2. Using a greased spatula or wax paper, scoop portions of the mixture and shape into 2-inch cookies. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet to cool for 30 minutes.
  3. Once cookies are set, insert two pretzel twists into the top of each cookie as antlers.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 seconds. Using a piping bag or toothpick, drop two dots of chocolate onto each cookie for eyes.
  5. Place a red candy coating or M&M in the center of each cookie for Rudolph’s nose.
  6. Let the cookies rest for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
