  1. In a blender, combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 cup of fresh raspberries, and 1 cup of milk. Add 1 tablespoon of honey if desired. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  2. To boost protein, add your desired amount of protein powder and ice cubes. Blend again for 15-30 seconds until creamy.
  3. Check the consistency. Add more milk for a thinner shake or more ice cubes for a thicker shake, blending until desired texture is achieved.
  4. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with whole raspberries or nuts/seeds. Serve immediately.
