  1. Gather and measure out your ingredients: cube 1 cup of ripe watermelon and rinse 1 cup of fresh blueberries. If using yogurt, measure out ½ cup.
  2. Add the cubed watermelon, rinsed blueberries, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 tablespoon of protein powder, and yogurt (if desired) into a high-speed blender.
  3. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if necessary.
  4. Check consistency; if too thick, add a splash more almond milk and blend for an additional 10-15 seconds.
  5. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.
