Ingredients
  

Chai Base
  • 2 cups water for brewing chai
  • 2 bags chai tea or 1 tablespoon loose-leaf chai
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Raspberry Element
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries or raspberry puree
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar to taste
Creamy Finish
  • ½ cup milk or dairy-free alternative
Presentation
  • as needed ice cubes for serving
  • as desired fresh raspberries for garnish

Method
 

Chai Preparation
  1. Boil 2 cups of water and steep the chai tea bags for 5 minutes. Let cool and chill in the fridge.
Raspberry Puree
  1. Blend 1 cup of fresh raspberries with 1 teaspoon of honey until smooth. Strain if desired.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Pour chilled chai into a glass. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and stir in raspberry puree.
Add Ice
  1. Add a handful of ice cubes to the glass.
Creamy Element
  1. Pour in ½ cup of milk gently, swirling to mix.
Garnish
  1. Top with fresh raspberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.
