Salad Preparation
- Rinse 4 cups of mixed salad greens thoroughly under cold water. Shake off excess water and gently pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel. Place the greens in a large salad bowl.
- Halve 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, slice 1 cucumber, and dice 1 bell pepper. Add these colorful vegetables into the bowl with the mixed greens.
- Slice ¼ of a red onion thinly and add it to the bowl. Incorporate ¼ cup of shredded carrots and ½ cup of sliced radishes.
- Slice ½ of an avocado into thick wedges and place them on top of your salad mix.
- Sprinkle ¼ cup of crumbled feta cheese over the salad if desired.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper until emulsified.
- Drizzle the dressing over your salad and gently toss everything together using salad tongs.
- Add a sprinkle of fresh herbs on top of your salad.
- Serve the Garden Salad immediately for optimal flavor and freshness.
