Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon for the swirl.
  6. Spoon half of the muffin batter into the muffin tin.
  7. Drop cinnamon mixture over the batter and swirl gently with a knife.
  8. Top with remaining muffin batter, filling each cup about ¾ full.
