Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine jasmine rice with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, reduce heat, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Stir in minced garlic into the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, buffalo sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sriracha until smooth.
  5. Pour sauce into the skillet with chicken. Stir to coat evenly and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Mix cornstarch with water in a bowl and stir into the skillet. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Spoon cooked jasmine rice into bowls and top with the spicy chicken mixture.
  8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
