Cooking Steps
- In a medium saucepan, combine jasmine rice with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, reduce heat, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in minced garlic into the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, buffalo sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sriracha until smooth.
- Pour sauce into the skillet with chicken. Stir to coat evenly and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with water in a bowl and stir into the skillet. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Spoon cooked jasmine rice into bowls and top with the spicy chicken mixture.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
