  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt full-fat preferred
  • 2 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 clove Garlic finely minced
  • 2 tablespoon Honey adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin optional
  • 1 teaspoon Salt season lightly
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
For the Garnish
  • 1 cup Pomegranate arils for visual appeal
  • ½ cup Shelled pistachios roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh mint leaves or substitute parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Honey for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
  • ½ teaspoon Flaky sea salt optional
For Serving
  • 1 pkg Toasted pita bread for dipping
  • 2 cups Fresh veggie sticks like cucumber and carrots

Method
 

Making the Dip
  1. Crumble the feta into a mixing bowl using a fork to achieve a balance of flavor.
  2. Blend in cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth, letting ingredients sit at room temperature.
  3. Add olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, honey, cumin, salt, and pepper; stir until combined.
  4. Blend until smooth but slightly chunky, keeping some feta bits for texture.
  5. Taste and adjust the flavors with honey or lemon juice.
  6. If too thick, add Greek yogurt or water; if too loose, add more feta.
  7. Chill the dip for at least 30-45 minutes to enhance flavors.
  8. Prepare the garnish by removing pomegranate arils and chopping pistachios.
  9. Before serving, refresh the dip's texture and add garnishes.
  10. Drizzle with honey and olive oil; serve with pita and veggie sticks.
