Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat the skillet by adding 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes. Add 4 cups of diced potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  2. Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet and add 1 pound of ground meat. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add 1 cup of mixed vegetables, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Reduce the heat to low, mix well, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese on top, cover, and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot directly from the skillet.
